Animal Friends Rescue Project (AFRP) is a non-profit animal rescue organization based in Pacific Grove, California. Our mission is to find good, permanent homes for stray, abandoned, and abused cats and dogs and to end the pet overpopulation problem through focused spay/neuter programs.
